Make sure that only dates between (and including) 2010 and 2040 can be entered into this cell and tell the user if incorrect data has been entered. In your evidence document show how you have restricted the data entry. [7] 20 In your evidence document create a test table that will be used for 6 pieces of test data, and looks like this: Cell J2 Test type Range check Data chosen Type of data Expected outcome Actual outcome [3] 21 Complete the test table for cell J2. If the actual outcome of the test is an error message, take a screen shot of this message and place it in the correct cell of the table. [13] 22 In cell J2 enter a date for the 1st April 2013. [1] 23 In cell K5 use a function to display the date held in cells H5 to J5. [4] 24 In cell L5 enter a formula to calculate the number of days that this tutor has been employed by the University. [3] 25 In cell M5 enter a formula to calculate the number of years that this tutor has been employed by the University. Round this value to 2 decimal places. CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL EXAMINATIONS GCE Advanced Subsidiary Level and GCE Advanced Level MARK SCHEME for the October/November 2013 series 9713 APPLIED INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY 9713/02 Paper 2 (Practical Test A), maximum raw mark 120 This mark scheme is published as an aid to teachers and candidates, to indicate the requirements of the examination. It shows the basis on which Examiners were instructed to award marks. It does not indicate the details of the discussions that took place at an Examiners’ meeting before marking began, which would have considered the acceptability of alternative answers. Mark schemes should be read in conjunction with the question paper and the Principal Examiner Report for Teachers. Cambridge will not enter into discussions about these mark schemes. Cambridge is publishing the mark schemes for the October/November 2013 series for most IGCSE, GCE Advanced Level and Advanced Subsidiary Level components and some Ordinary Level components.
