Cancel at any time. A payment is refundable within 14 days only if no paid feature has been used since it was made; otherwise purchases are final. Mistaken charges are always refunded. Here is exactly how that works.
Subscriptions are sold and charged by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates), acting as merchant of record for PASTLIT (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. The charge on your card or bank statement appears as Paddle — for example PADDLE.NET* PASTLIT — and refunds are processed by Paddle back to the payment method you used. A refund normally shows within 5 to 10 business days of being approved, depending on your bank.
You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not by itself create a refund — section 3 says when a payment can be refunded.
Any payment — monthly or yearly, first charge or renewal — can be refunded in full if both of these are true:
Once a paid feature has been used, the purchase is final. After 14 days, a payment is not refundable in any case. This mirrors the right to withdraw in Paddle’s own buyer terms, which likewise ends once you start using the product.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Paddle emails a receipt for every renewal, and we remind you before each yearly renewal. Each renewal charge is treated as a new payment under section 3: refundable within 14 days only if no paid feature has been used since that charge.
A duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge for a plan you did not choose is refunded in full whenever it happened. Tell us and we will sort it out.
Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund or to withdraw from a purchase that you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. Where that law gives you more than this policy does, the law applies.
