You have 15 minutes to prepare the situations. The important thing is to convey the message. Μιλάς µε τον/την υπάλληλο στη ρεσεψιόν. 1 Χαιρέτισε τον/την υπάλληλο και πες γιατί τηλεφωνείς. 2 Εξήγησε ότι το δωµάτιο έχει πρόβληµα µε το µπάνιο. ∆ώσε δύο λεπτοµέρειες (νερό; τουαλέτα; καθαριότητα;). 3 ∆ώσε µια κατάλληλη απάντηση αναφέροντας αριθµό δωµατίου και ηµεροµηνία που έφτασες. 4 Πες ότι δεν είσαι ευχαριστηµένος/η µε αυτή τη λύση και εξήγησε γιατί δεν µπορείς να περιµένεις µέχρι αύριο. 5 Ευχαρίστησε τον/την υπάλληλο και κάνε µια ερώτηση για το δωµάτιο (όροφος; µπαλκόνι;).
